Can I get a same day appointment?
Yes. We reserve appointments each day for emergency and same day visits.
If you have sudden vision changes, irritation, or eye discomfort, please call us. We’ll do our best to fit you in.

How much does an eye test cost?
Most eye tests are bulk billed to Medicare.

We’re conveniently located near Mermaid Central Medical Clinic and other local businesses.
Accessible via bus route 700, with stops at Annette Kellerman Park and Glenelg Avenue just 1–2 minutes’ walk away.

Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available behind our practice on William Street (off the Gold Coast Hwy).
You’ll also find spaces at St Johns Park Carpark (1 minute walk) and along nearby streets.

Yes. We accept all major health funds and can process your claims instantly for glasses, prescription sunglasses, and contact lenses.

What payment options do you offer?
We accept Afterpay, ZipPay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, so you can buy now and pay later conveniently.

Do you see children?
Yes. We provide comprehensive children’s eye exams to detect and treat early vision problems that could affect learning.
We also offer myopia management programs, including Ortho-K, to protect long term eye health.

Do you offer benefits for veterans?
Yes. Patients covered by Veterans Affairs (DVA) may be eligible for spectacles or contact lenses.
